Dr Lillian Kendall-Langley is a mineral systems geologist with expertise in LCT pegmatites, rare-metal granites, porphyry systems, and alkali-intrusive complexes.
Lilly brings over ten years of academic and industry experience, including leading SQM’s global generative lithium team. Her work has advanced understanding of pegmatite fertility, melt evolution, and crustal-scale controls on critical metal mineralisation, with contributions to major lithium projects including Mount Holland and Andover.
Her research will support the development of improved predictive models for LCT pegmatite fertility and help integrate mineralogical, geochemical, and isotopic tools to guide exploration targeting.
Lilly is an adjunct researcher at UWA with the Centre for Exploration Targeting
