Dr. Erin Martin is an Exploration Geologist with a strong background in copper exploration, underground mine geology, and academic research. With a PhD from Curtin University focused on Neoproterozoic geodynamics through Hafnium isotopes in zircon, Erin has expertise in plate tectonics, geochronology, isotope geochemistry, and Python programming. She has a proven track record in geological mapping, structural geology, and mentoring students in field and laboratory settings.
Erin is also a Research Affiliate at Monash University and an advocate for women in STEM, holding leadership roles such as Secretary of Women in Earth and Environmental Science Australasia (WOMEESA) and Treasurer for the Geological Society of Australia, WA Division.
