Dr Alexandra Suvorova leads the Physical Sciences and Engineering Applications group at the Centre for Microscopy, Characterisation and Analysis (CMCA). She specialises in advanced electron microscopy and spectroscopy, applying these techniques across nanotechnology, engineering, physics, geology, and even archaeology. Alexandra’s role includes both cutting-edge research support and promoting the use of microscopy and microanalysis across diverse scientific disciplines.
