Bae Beezley is a PhD candidate at the Australian National University, working under the supervision of Dr. Antony Burnham, Dr. Ignacio González-Álvarez (CSIRO) and Dr. Joëlle D’Andres. His research project focuses on understanding the formation and evolution of the Rocha da Rocha REE-Sc-Nb-Ta deposits in Northeast Brazil, working in collaboration with Brazilian Rare Earths and CSIRO as part of the CSIRO industry PhD program.
Bae completed his Bachelor of Science (Honours) at ANU, where he investigated niobium mineralisation in the Gifford Creek Carbonatite Complex, Western Australia. His research interests include critical minerals, ore geology, and everything involving strange and unusual rocks.
