Strategic Advisory Board

The Strategic Advisory Board (SAB) plays a pivotal role by offering strategic direction and endorsing objectives while approving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and overseeing their progress.  Our SAB will provide guidance on overcoming challenges and promoting collaboration within and outside the Training Centre;  strategically guiding knowledge transfer, engagement, and research translation endeavours; and offering constructive feedback on workshops, courses, and outreach initiatives to bolster the Training Centre’s effectiveness and reach.

Mentoring Sub-Committee

The Mentoring Committee is tasked with monitoring student support within the Training Centre. They achieve this by organising targeted workshops and upskilling events to enhance students’ abilities.

Additionally, they establish formal mentoring connections between students and seasoned industry professionals and academics. These connections aim to assist students in navigating their research projects effectively and provide valuable guidance for their future careers, whether in the critical minerals industry or academia.
